Harvest by tries successive after raisining on stock and maximum maturity. Pneumatic pressing, maceration, no desalting. Filtration, fermentation, wine-30 days at 17 ° C. Refrigeration to stop fermentation, then filtration. (Approx. 90g of residual sugar).
Nice dress but supported. Rich palette aromatic, complex and fresh with a score of rhubarb. Very long in the mouth, round, full and rich with a hint of acidity, followed by aromas of candied fruits.
